First class experience from initial enquiry through to high quality installation and after sales service, pleasure to deal with.

First we visited the showroom & got treated to cups of steaming hot tea & good advice. The guys then came to our house & had a look & gave us a blinding quote that beat Chichester Wood Stoves one hands down 😉 The guys came & did the lot in one day & kept everything clean & tidy meanwhile & after. We had a right good crack & lots of tea, coffee & maybe a Bailey's choccy or 2 while they were here. Such lovely guys. We highly recommend them & love our new Aspect burner. It completes our lounge. Keep up the work guys.

Great professional company to deal with from the first contact and quote to the preparation of the fireplace, the wood burner fitment and the final plastering. Clean and tidy, friendly team with good recommendations and advice. Enjoying the wood burner which was fitted nicely in time for Christmas. Thanks to all the team.

We met Martin and Tim who came out and left us with a quote. They listened to our ideas and Martin suggested a stove that I think is perfect. Michelle was always very helpful on the phone. Having built a new extension, we first had to build a fireplace and that is where Dan and Ash came in - two of the friendliest, professional and helpful people we have had working in our property, and we have had a lot during this renovation! They were a pleasure to have in our home and made our experience of working with this company such a positive one. At first they did all the brick work during one of the hottest weeks of the year and came back a month later to fit the burner. Both times, no mess, no complaining, just a thoroughly decent job - smiles on their faces, and nothing was a problem. We (yes even the hubby now) are so glad we had a wood burner fitter. It has totally transformed the room and it looks and feels so cosy - especially at this time of year with the stockings hanging from the mantle.

Dan and Ben came and installed our wood burner today.
They were fabulous.
Very polite and they left no mess at all.
Our whole experience with the team has been 5 star all the way.
Only I could have a wood burning stove fitted on one of the hottest days of the year.
Once again we couldn’t be happier x

We visited the Birdham showroom after receiving some pricey quotes from 2 other local companies. Tim and Martin's price was affordable and meant we could have the log burner installed within a few months rather than waiting years. They made the whole process easy and helped us choose the right location and stove for our house. We don't have a chimney so we had to build a hearth and they had to take the flue up through a room upstairs, the loft and the roof.
Tim and Martin came to visit the house a second time (I needed to check the measurements of where the flue would come out in the upstairs room) and it was no bother for them and they completely understood my concerns and put me completely at ease.
On the days of installation, they installed in record time. Super friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. I knew exactly what they were doing at all times. They kept me informed and I kept making them cups of tea in return.
The log burner is amazing, and I know the aftercare will be 5*. They will come back to install the heat plate in the void when we have finished building the chimney breast around the log burner.

From the moment we went to the showroom and met Tim and Martin to the final piece of the installation itself the service was impeccable which also included some building work carried out by Dan. The knowledge shown, the quality, and the care taken was second to none. They’re nice too! Unreservedly recommended.

We have just had a Charnwood Island wood stove installed by Woodburner Showrooms Ltd. From the very helpful and friendly reception we were given in their showroom, the site visit, and the final installation each representative of the company have been a pleasure to deal with. Dan and Ben completed the installation, they arrived on time and couldn’t have been more helpful and respectful making sure all furnishing and carpets were well protected. Despite a late finish nothing was rushed and they didn’t leave until they confirmed we were satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company.

After looking in several other stove shops, we decided to make our purchase from these guys. They weren’t pushy or didn’t rush you. The install was great and completed in the times given.i would recommend them very highly.

Just had a Salamander Hobbit stove installed in our garden room and its brilliant. From the very positive friendly reception I got in their showroom , all the way through to final installation it has been a joy to deal with this company who clearly know their business. Not only very price competitive but very sound on safe installation and quick , clean and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough, great work. Thankgoodness we still have really go-ahead, customer focussed companies like this locally.

Log burner installed in our Marble Victorian Fireplace. Superb restoration of our marble Victorian fireplace. Dan and Ash were the nicest men to have in our home. Super hardworking and exceptionally talented. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. The marble looks brilliant now and we have a great reasonably priced log burner ready for winter.

What a find this company was! Martin and Tim are so knowledgable and kind. They took the time to give us the best advice on what type of Stove would best suit the opening of the fireplace and lots of other informative information. What a fantastic service and customer care from Martin and the team. This is our first woodburner and Tim was great explaining our options for our home and carrying out a survey on our chimney. We went ahead with the installation and a big thank you to Dan and Josh for their hard work preparing our old fireplace. They took all the rubble away and left everything clean and tidy ready for Martin and Tim to install the woodburner. Once the woodburner was in, Martin and Tim explained how to get the best out of the woodburner by carrying out a demo. Martin and Tim were great and we felt looked after from start to finish. Really, really happy with the guys at Woodburner Showrooms.

We recently moved into a 70’s build house and the first thing we wanted to do was make our living room a space to feel comfortable, warm and cosy.

Martin and Tim were helpful and informative and guided us from the start and when our building works got delayed, were great about moving our stove installation back to suit.

Dan and Josh did a fantastic installation on a cold, wet and windy day in June(!) which meant we had every justification in having our new stove doing its thing straight away!

We can’t wait for winter now!
